An exciting ice cream parlour design project which encourages learners of German to be creative whilst learning vocabulary relevant to an Eiscafe. It can also support teaching of Food in German. This guided booklet for students includes: choosing a business name creating a sign developing a menu planning special flavours (Eissorten des Tages) designing an advertisement inventing the ultimate ice cream sundae relevant vocabulary opportunities for self-reflection and peer assessment three extension activities PLUS: Separate teacher notes document with ideas on how to extend some of the project’s activities as well as answer sheets for the extension activities.
